This session at Sibley Regional Park was so playful, full of outdoor adventure, natural beauty, and sunlight. Sibley is one of my top favorite locations in the East Bay. It offers hiking opportunities, bike and dog-friendly trails, views of the San Francisco Bay, and beautiful rolling hills in the spring after the rain! It’s such a great outdoor family photo location.

This fun-loving 8 year old and his parents and dog brought wonderful energy to this adventurous outdoor family session. We did a lot of hiking along the shaded trails that pass over the rolling hills of Sibley Volcanic Preserve in the Oakland Hills.

With views of the SF Bay and the fog rolling in to the West across Golden Gate Bridge and views of Mt. Diablo to the East, it is a favorite outdoor location for the more adventurous family sessions in the East Bay, which is why you’ll find it on my “Top East Bay Area Photography Locations For Family Photos” blog!
